Appointments not attended without any notice will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled price.

Clients who repletely cancel within 12 hours of their scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the service price.

To ensure that you obtain the appointments you desire, please make reservations in advance. As a courtesy to other clients, late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment. If you are using a gift certificate please mention this at the time of booking. Please keep in mind that discounts, promotions & specials may not be combined.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

When booking an appointment with a gift certificate, you may be asked for the certificate number. Please have it handy when calling so that we may book the proper service. Cancellations & rescheduling with under 24 hours notice may result in a reduction in value of the certificate. Certificates can not be replaced if lost or stolen.
